The Passive Infrared Relay Command Module v1.0 (PIRCM) offers a simple "plug and play" option to those wishing to automatically control animated haunt props and effects, as well as audio without the need for a person to flip a switch. The PIRCM unit is capable of controlling audio and both resistive (lighting) and inductive (AC motors) loads simultaneously in a SAFE and EASY TO USE package. Unlike many other automation controllers and event timers, the PIRCM was designed and built to building code specs (fully grounded to reduce fire hazard) using the highest quality materials with safety and reliability in mind. PIR Motion Sensor Unit

This PIR Unit is specifically designed and pre-wired to work seamlessly with our PIRCM unit. Wired for power source and trigger cable and grounded, and built in a convenient and easily mountable unit with adjustable sensitivity and variable aim, you will be controlling your props in no time! This unit activates when a person in sensed in the target area, and turns off approximately 5 seconds after the person exits the target area.
